HPR DCT Twin wiring kit

 

Our new GS7 harness are just finished, setting a new standard for the industry.

 

The harness uses Spec 55 wires with machine twist method as used in F1 motorsport. Kevlar laced, wrapped in Raychem DR-25, with Deutsch Autosport connector.

 

The cable is made in the same machine as Shubhauer F1 and other high-end motorsport fabricators uses.

 

Comes with an extra dtm connector integrated in the loom with a matching pigtail.

This connector can be used for a reverse light output, a temp sensor, or an external speed sensor and can easily be integrated inside the car.

 

The kit runs two separate cables from the GCU to the transmission.One for sensors, and one for solenoids.

This is space saving in a tight trans tunnel, and its alot easier to route around exactly where you want it to be. But most importantly you minimize the risk of EMI. Running vulnerable sensor wires together with the noisy PWM wires to the solenoids is not a technically good solution, and that is why we separate these all the way to the transmission.

 

Comes complete with needed resistors, extra DR-25/SCL sleeving and high temperature wires for use inside the transmission.

-Kit for HPR GTR mechatronics cover

This is the first standalone DCT wiring solution on the market that can be made 100% plug and play.

You need to purchase the cnc machined HPR mechatronics cover to use this wiring option.(included in the Nissan Skyline GTR GS7 DCT kit)

 

The bulkhead connector (rear mount) is connected to the HPR mechatronics cover for a 100% plug and play solution with oem serviceability. Great for use in motorsport when time is a concern.

The main connector of the mechatronics is removed, and reduces the amount of connection points for a more reliable solution.

A 3-pin Deutsch connector is included in this kit for quick internal connection for the front speed/temp sensor. (no need to remove the stock connector for a wiring service)

A billet wiring bulkhead is included in this kit to run the wiring the same way as stock on the DCT transmission.

 

-Connector kit for wiring integration

 

We also stock a Connector kit for wiring integration inside the car.

All genuine connectors, and come fully assembled with pins.

1x 3-pin Deutsch DT (aux equip/analog signals)

1x 3-pin Deutsch DTM (for paddles)

2x 2-pin Deutsch DTM (for can/digital/analog)

1x 10 pin BMW M series shifter connector with pins If you don't have this shifter, let us know in the comments and we will get you a 8 pin DTP connector.
